Fez Hub Pick-Up is a delivery option that allows customers to choose any Fez Hub nationwide as a delivery destination. This option differs from last-mile delivery, where a rider delivers the customer’s package to the recipient's home or office. Here, the package is delivered to the Fez Hub that is closest to the recipient, and the recipient is notified to go and pick it up from their selected hub at a time that is convenient for them.
One of the most common challenges in last-mile delivery is coordinating delivery times.
Some customers are unavailable when the rider is available to deliver. Some are at work, attending meetings, running errands, in the market, or simply engaged in various daily activities. This often leads to missed delivery attempts, delays, and unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Fez Hub Pick-Up removes this challenge.
By choosing a hub as the delivery destination, recipients no longer need to adjust their schedules around the rider's arrival. Instead, they can pick up their package whenever it is most convenient for them.

Fez Hub Pick-Up offers 20% less than the standard delivery rate. This means if last-mile (home) delivery within Lagos costs N2,970, Fez Hub Pick-Up will be N2,376.

This does not mean you cannot later try other delivery options when you choose Fez Hub pick-up. It’s an alternative option that reduces delivery expenses while still ensuring that packages arrive safely and efficiently.
This delivery option is accessible on the Fez platform, either the app, website or business dashboard.
Here is how to go about it:
Step 1: Open the Fez Delivery App or Website
Launch the Fez Delivery App or visit the Fez Delivery website to create a new delivery request.
Step 2: Enter Your Delivery Details
Fill in the pickup and delivery information required for your shipment.
Step 3: Choose “Fez Hub” as Your Delivery Option
Select “Fez Hub” as your delivery option on the dashboard, mobile app, or API.
Step 4: Pick Your Fez Hub Location
Browse available Fez Hubs and choose a nearby location that is convenient for your recipient.
Step 5: Package Delivered
A Fez rider will deliver the item to the selected Fez Hub near the recipient.
Step 6: Delivery Notification
The recipient will receive a notification stating that the item has been delivered to the Fez Hub.
Step 7: Recipient Pick-Up
The recipient can pick up the item within 24 hours of delivery.
