How to Track Your Order With Fez Delivery

Tracking your packages has never been easier with Fez Delivery, on the app, website or business dashboard. The new app was designed to streamline the entire process from order placement to delivery, this guide will walk you through the simple steps to keep an eye on your packages. Here's how to utilise all three for an effortless tracking experience.

Step 1: Open the Fez Delivery App

Start by launching the Fez Delivery app on your smartphone. Ensure you are logged into your account to access your order details.

Step 2: Navigate to Order History

  • Look for the 'Order History' tab located at the bottom of your screen. This is your go-to place for all your past and ongoing orders.

  • A single tap on this tab will open up your order history, allowing you to see every order you've made.

Step 3: Review the Tracking Timeline

  • From the list of orders, select the one you want to track. Each entry will be clearly labelled with its status.
  • Once you've chosen an order, you'll see a detailed timeline. This timeline will show each stage of your package's journey, from being picked up, dispatched,  in transit, to any delivery attempts made. 

Step 1: Visit our tracking page, it is right on the menu tab on the homepage (www.fezdelivery.co)


Step 2: Enter your Tracking Number or Order ID and click “Track Shipment.”  

Step 3: View your order’s journey, under the status, you will know what’s happening to your order at the time.

That includes statuses like:

  • Picked Up - Simply to notify you that our rider has picked up your item and is heading back to the office.
  • Assigned to Rider - This means that a rider has been assigned to pick up your package.
  • Dispatched - Your package is on its way to the delivery address.
  • In Transit - Your package is currently in transit - En Route to the destination state where it will be delivered.

Step 1: Log in to your Business Dashboard here - https://businessportal.fezdelivery.co/dashboard


Step 2: Click on the menu option and select “Shipments” to see your order list.  


Step 3: Input the order ID in the search panel to search, then under the status, you will know what’s happening to your order per time.

That includes statuses like:

  • Picked Up - This status simply notifies you that our rider has picked up your item and headed to the processing facility.
  • Assigned to Rider - This means that a rider has been assigned to pick up your package.
  • Dispatched - Your package is on its way to the delivery address.
  • In Transit - Your package is currently in transit - En Route to the destination state where it will be delivered.
