If you’ve been following Fez Delivery for a while, you should have heard about Safe Lockers.

They are innovative logistics solutions designed to make deliveries easier, faster, and more flexible for everyone. With Safe Lockers, you get the freedom to pick up your parcel at a time that works for you. Safe Lockers stands for convenience, control, and affordability – all in one experience.

Over time, we’ve also seen how customers have embraced the flexibility in logistics that Safe Locker offers, especially those who prefer a more convenient and smarter way of receiving their packages.

With the leverage of Safe Locker, we invented the LockerDash campaign. LockerDash was launched to give a delivery experience that is faster, safer, smarter and more affordable across Lagos and Abuja.

But it's not only about affordability. LockerDash is about giving our customers more control. It brings together the full Safe Locker experience — reliability, security, and flexibility — in a more optimised and value-driven way.

Here is some of the feedback we got from LockerDash 2.0.

This June, we launched LockerDash 3.0 with the goal of giving more value, more ease, and even more reasons to choose Safe Lockers.

What’s New in LockerDash 3.0?

With LockerDash 3.0, we are dropping delivery fees and expanding access to our Safe Locker service. Here is exactly what LockerDash 3.0 offers, the costs, and how you can leverage it today.

  • ₦699 Flat-Rate Intrastate Shipping: This helps our customers skip the high doorstep delivery fees in Lagos and Abuja. And for the month of June, customers can send any package to a Safe Locker within Lagos and Abuja for just ₦699.
  • ₦2,000 Flat-Rate Interstate Shipping: Sending packages from Lagos to Abuja, or from any other states to Lagos and Abuja, will cost ₦2,000.

Think about sending packages from Kano ↔ Lagos, Ekiti ↔ Abuja, Benue ↔ Lagos, Borno State ↔ Lagos, Kwara ↔ Abuja, Imo ↔ Lagos, Yobe State ↔ Lagos, Sokoto State ↔ Lagos, Kano State ↔ Lagos, Lagos State ↔ Abuja, Cross River State ↔ Federal Capital Territory, etc., for just ₦2,000 during the LockerDash season.

That is how affordable deliveries will be during this campaign.

Our Safe Lockers Are Ready for LockerDash 3.0

We have put everything in place for the LockerDash 3.0 to run smoothly. Our Safe Lockers are in good shape, and they are ready to receive your packages.

While the maximum weight limit for the Safe Locker is 5kg, all packages must be well wrapped and sealed and must not exceed any of the dimensions below. These are the size limits of our Safe Lockers.

  • Extra Large: 35cm x 45cm x 35cm
  • Large: 35cm x 45cm x 27cm
  • Medium: 35cm x 45cm x 20cm
  • Small: 35cm x 45cm x 8cm

Fez Safe Lockers are not meant for meals and perishable goods because the lockers are secure tech enclosures, so they cannot accept fresh meals or perishable items.

Estimated delivery timelines for Safe Lockers are 24 working hours intrastate and 2–3 working days interstate. Package pick-up must occur within 24 hours after notification. After that, the package will be extracted and taken to the nearest Fez Delivery hub for the receiver to pick up. Additional charges may apply.

The Safe Locker should not be used for packages valued above ₦200,000. Customers can plan or schedule delivery of clothes, gadgets, documents, beauty products, and other items within this range.
